| Opposite the house in a ‘U’ shape are the outbuildings - essentially 2 ‘L’ shaped buildings joined by a very impressive entrance arch. To the left there are 450m² comprising of: a cool store room, a room housing the fuel tank for the heating system, a barn with the traditional stalls either side, a further huge open barn and 3 loose boxes (18, 27 and 32m²). To the right there are 500m² and this is completely open at the moment. The current owner had started work to turn part of this into an indoor school and had plans for more loose boxes, a grooming area, a space for the farrier and an office for the business, but has got no further than clearing out the old stone animal food troughs that were in the building and levelling the floor. |

Behind the house is a fenced off area with a terrace that is the garden, the rest is fields that are all fenced off with electric tape that will be staying. | This is a stunning property with huge outbuildings and bags of potential. The land is gently undulating and the views are far reaching. I can’t tell you how much I like this property and it will make someone a fantastic home, and possibly business opportunity. |
