The villa is located in a residential area in Nimes with shops 1km away, 30mn to the seaside and 20mn to an international airport. The house built in 1991 was designed according to the instructions of an artist and extended by the master bedroom in 2005. The unique and original conception of the house and its interior design are a blend of roman and oriental elements interpreted in a very modern way. The pool is like an extension of the front of the house and both are fully facing south and benefit from a lovely view on the completely private park. Large bay windows open onto the garden, pool and the pebbled surround so that inner and outer spaces seem to melt into one. An artists workshop of 100mē underlines the originality of this villa which provides a very pleasant standard of living. There is a potential for another construction.
Description of the building
The villa offers about 200mē living area on 2 floors.
Ground floor: Entrance 10mē, huge open space of 90mē comprising the living and the lounge with fire place, open plan kitchen with adjoining storage/laundry, WC, master suite of 45mē (bedroom, bathroom) with a large terrace of 50mē. In the centre of the open roof living area there is a water basin with fountain.
